The Situation Stabilizes at the Front in Dobropillia

The situation in the Dobropillia sector is stabilizing, reports the Ukrainian military command. According to Major Andrii Kovalov, a representative of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the defense forces are implementing all necessary measures to identify and eliminate Russian military units.

Kovalov noted that additional forces have been allocated by the Chief Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to strengthen the defensive stability in the sectors of Dobropillia and Pokrovske. As a result of the actions of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov," the enemy has suffered significant losses.

Over the past two days in the area of responsibility of the corps, 151 Russian servicemen were eliminated, more than 70 were taken prisoner, and 8 Russians were also captured. The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue search and strike operations in their area of responsibility.

The Situation Around Dobropillia

The "DeepState" project reports that Russian troops are actively advancing in a northern direction between Dobropillia and Druzhkivka. Analysts believe that should hostilities continue, Dobropillia may be under threat of capture.

Officially, the General Staff recognizes the complexity of the situation, but emphasizes that isolated enemy groups do not indicate effective control over the territory. According to military sources, Russian infantry is advancing from Novotoretske to Kucheriove, Veseloe, and Zolote Kolodyazya.

In contrast, the generals stress that this is not a priority, but rather an ongoing process that has been ongoing for almost a week. The situation is complicated by the density of localities, including through the network of settlements.

In the near future, the enemy may consolidate in this territory and expand new units. Meanwhile, the brigade representative of "Dnipro" Viktor Trehubov reported that Ukrainian forces are identifying and eliminating Russian infantry groups that are advancing near Dobropillia.

According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, the Russian side is trying to exploit tactical advantages near Dobropillia to influence the upcoming meeting between President Donald Trump of the USA and Vladimir Putin in Alaytsi.

The Center for Countering Disinformation notes that Putin's strategy is aimed at undermining, while the Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralize attempts to penetrate near Dobropillia.
