- Manchester City is considering the signing of Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig.
- United is actively trying to sign Carlos Baleba from Brighton.
- Liverpool may sell Ibrahima Konaté, who has not signed a new contract.
This summer, the football transfer market is witnessing active engagement from major clubs, including Manchester City and Manchester United. Manchester City, under the leadership of new sporting director Hugo Viana, is exploring the possibility of signing attacking midfielder Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig, hoping to secure him in Chelsea. The club is also looking to sign Maghnes Akliouche from Monaco to strengthen their attack.
On the other side, Manchester United is working hard to sign midfielder Carlos Baleba from Brighton. The club is ready to offer 120 million pounds, but Brighton is not keen on selling. If the deal for Baleba does not materialize, United may switch to Adam Wharton from Crystal Palace.
In addition, Liverpool may consider the possibility of selling Ibrahima Konaté, who is unable to sign a new contract with them. Other clubs, such as Roma and Beşiktaş, are also interested in the transfers of players from Aston Villa, including Leon Bailey.
