12 associates of Medvedchuk detained for informational crimes

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported the detention of 12 individuals involved in the activities of the organization "Insha Ukraina," which operates in the interests of Russian special services. This group, headed by former people's deputy Viktor Medvedchuk, was engaged in media attacks against Ukraine.
The SBU established that members of the organization executed tasks of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia and developed informational projects aimed at justifying the aggression of the Russian Federation, discrediting Ukraine on the international arena, and destabilizing the situation in partner countries.
One of the key figures in the case is Kyrylo Molchaniv, who is currently under investigation in Ukraine. He collaborates with the investigation and admits that he worked for two Russian special services. Among other suspects are Denys Zharkykh, Artem Marchievskyi, Roman Kovalenko, and others who are hiding in Russia.
Other suspects are qualified under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, including state treason and collaborationism. The SBU reported on the suspects Medvedchuk and his associates, who are hiding in Russia.
