  • The issue of security and humanitarian assistance was discussed.
  • The Ukrainian government allocated funds for compensation for destroyed housing.

This is reported by Interfax Ukraine, Ukrinform.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko held a conversation with Latvian colleague Evika Siliņa, during which they discussed the issue of Ukraine's European integration and further security, defense, and humanitarian assistance.

Svyrydenko noted that Latvia supports the position of the President of Ukraine regarding the inadmissibility of the division of Ukraine and Moldova in the process of joining the EU. This support is important for the security of Southeastern Europe and the Black Sea region. She also emphasized that it is monitoring the restoration of its native Chernigiv region after the war.
