NFL continues social initiatives in the end zones

  • NFL continues to establish social initiatives in the end zones.
  • Teams will choose among four initiatives for their home games.
  • The league actively supports communities through funding initiatives.

The National Football League (NFL) will continue to establish social initiatives in the end zones throughout the sixth consecutive season. All 32 teams will have the opportunity to select one of four initiatives for their home games: "Stop Racism," "Stop Hate," "Choose Love," or "Promote Change." In the designated end zone, it will again be stated "This applies to all of us." The change in wording compared to 2024 will replace "Promote Change" with "Choose Love."

These initiatives complement other league campaigns, such as "Saluting Service" and "Crucial Catch," which will also be featured in the end zones throughout the select weeks of the season. The NFL is working on amplifying the voices of players and addressing important issues for them, noted Anna Isaacson, senior vice president of social responsibility at the NFL.

In international games, the league will also promote "Stop Racism" along with "This applies to all of us" in the end zones. The Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles will represent "Choose Love" in their season opener on September 4. Players will again have the opportunity to wear one of five messages on their helmets.

Since 2017, the NFL has allocated over $460 million to support various organizations that operate in communities and provide assistance.
