Summary of Combat Actions Over the Last Day in Ukraine

• 149 attacks by Russian forces were repelled by Ukrainian defenders over the past day
• The largest number of engagements occurred in the Pokrovsk direction
• Engagements were conducted on several fronts, including Kupiansk and Lyman

Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders repelled 149 attacks by Russian forces at the front. The highest number of engagements – 53 – was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction.

General: The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported as of 08:00 on September 15.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and in the Kursh region of Russia, five combat engagements took place. Russian forces conducted 12 airstrikes, launched 28 guided bombs, and carried out 288 shelling attacks, including 7 with the RSZV.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna, Ukrainian forces repelled one attack near the populated area of Hlyboke.

In the Kupiansk direction, five attacks by Russian forces were recorded near Kupiansk, Holubivka, and Zahrizovo.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces conducted 20 attacks, attempting to advance towards the areas of Ridkodub, Hrekivka, Myrnohrad, Shandryholiv, Kolodyaziv, and Karpivka.

In the Seversk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine attacks near Hryhorivka, Verkhnokamyanske, and Viymka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, two engagements were recorded near Bilaya Gora.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces carried out five attacks near Toretsk, Ruskiy Yaru, and Oleksandro-Kalynove, as well as in the direction of Pleshchiyivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 53 attacks near Popoviy Yar, Poltavka, Zolotoy Kolodyaz, Nikanorivka, Mayaka, Volodymyrivka, Shakhovogo, Rubizhne, Vylnoho, Novoekonomichnoho, Myrlyubivka, Mykolayivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Promina, Kotlyne, Lisivka, Sukhoho Yaru, Pokrovska, Zvirovoho, Udachnyh, Novoekonomichnoho, and in the direction of Balagana.

In the Kurakhiv direction, 21 attacks were repelled near Tovstohir, Oleksandrivka, Malivka, Zelenogo Polya, Voskresenky, Temyrivka, Novodaryvka, Zelenogo Haya, and Myrnoho, as well as in the direction of Filiji, Zaporizhzhia, and Komyshuvakha.

In the Pridniprovsk direction, six attacks by Russian forces were recorded.

The General Staff also reported that during the previous day, Ukrainian aviation, missile troops, and artillery units struck two zones of concentration of Russian troops, seven artillery systems, a command post, two ammunition depots, a radio-electronic warfare station, and a system of anti-aircraft defense.
