Russian attacks in Kharkiv and Sumy regions take lives
- Four people were killed as a result of an attack in Kharkiv region.
- In Sumy region, a 32-year-old man was injured during the shelling.
- In Sumy, as a result of a drone strike on the AZS, the driver received injuries.

On August 14, Russian troops carried out strikes on five populated areas in Kharkiv region, resulting in the deaths of four individuals. Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, reported this on his Facebook.
In particular, a 64-year-old man was killed in the village of Kozacha Lopan, and in the village of Nechvolodivka — a 69-year-old woman and a 69-year-old man; another 76-year-old woman was injured. In the village of Nova Kozacha, a 38-year-old man was killed, and another 38-year-old man was injured.
The attack on Kharkiv was carried out with the help of guided aviation bombs, a "Mole" type drone, and two FPV drones. Two private houses were damaged in the Kharkiv area, as well as a car in the village of Nechvolodivka.
In Sumy region, on August 14, there was an attack on a village in the Bitytsia district, resulting in one person sustaining injuries. According to the Sumy regional military administration, the Russians carried out a strike with guided bombs, damaging residential buildings and an electric transformer.
The injured, a 32-year-old man, returned to his home, where he was caught under the shelling. He received multiple shrapnel wounds and was hospitalized.
Also, on August 15, a Russian drone struck a civilian vehicle at a gas station in Sumy region. The driver sustained injuries, and the station and the vehicle were damaged.
These attacks continue to pose a threat to the civilian population in Ukraine, particularly in border territories, which are constantly under shelling.
