In New Zealand, the Darts Masters is ongoing, where world number one Luke Humphries has found himself unsatisfied with his game. Humphries, in the first round, defeated Haupai Puha with a score of 6-3, but admitted that his performance was far from ideal.
According to Humphries, his form lately has been disappointing. He noted that he does not feel at his best and has not played at a high level for the past two months. "It’s depressing, as I feel I can play better, but I can’t seem to show it," he stated.
Notably, Luke Littler, world number two, continues his successful streak, having defeated Mark Clowes 6-4. Littler, who recently won the Australian Masters, is preparing for the quarterfinals against Mike de Dekker.
In addition, in the quarterfinals, Steven Bunting, Josh Rock, and Gerwyn Price also advanced, which speaks to the high level of competition in the tournament.
