Announced the composition of the US delegation for the meeting between Trump and Putin
- The composition of the US delegation for the meeting with Putin has been announced.

The White House announced the delegation composition, which will accompany US President Donald Trump during his visit to Alaska, where the first meeting of this term with the Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin will take place.
The delegation includes: Secretary of State Mark Rubio, Secretary of Finance Scott Bessent, Secretary of Commerce Gohard Lutnik, Director of the CIA John Ratcliffe, Special Representative of Trump in the Middle East Steve Vitkoff, and also the head of the Republican National Committee and his deputy Dana Skevin.
Notably, former US Vice President J. D. Vance and Special Representative of the US in Ukraine Keith Kellogg did not join the delegation.
Trump wrote on social media platform Truth Social before the meeting: "HIGH STAKES!!!".
It is noted that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov was staying at a hotel in Anchorage, Alaska, where negotiations between the US and Russia will take place, wearing a shirt with the inscription "USSR" in Russian.
Trump also mentioned that his summit with Putin would end "very quickly," which, from the first waves, the American leader understands to be a "bad" meeting.
