Acura Unveils New Electric Models RDX and RSX with All-Wheel Drive

Acura presented the new models RDX and RSX during the auto show in Monterey. The first of them, the RDX, will be fully electric and will go on sale next year. The RDX prototype is painted in a vibrant color called Propulsion Yellow Pearl.

The Honda plant in Marysville, where the new model will be produced, has undergone modernization to prepare for electric vehicle manufacturing. Acura plans to enhance its image, emphasizing the sporty characteristics of its vehicles.

Additionally, Acura introduced the RSX prototype, which is planned to be launched into production in 2026. This SUV is equipped with a dual-motor system with all-wheel drive. The RSX design includes elements that evoke the previous generation supercar NSX, including the rear lights.

Both models will feature the new ASIMO OS operating system, which adapts to the driving style, providing a personalized experience.
