The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the President of France Emmanuel Macron have agreed to meet after the summit of the USA and Russia in Alaska.

This was reported by Bloomberg, citing a statement from the Élysée Palace.

The leaders of France and Ukraine "agreed to meet at the most convenient and effective time after the meeting in Alaska, depending on their schedules," it is stated in the text of the statement to the press.

Details regarding the time and location of the meeting were not provided.

The President of the USA Donald Trump and the Russian leader Vladimir Putin are scheduled to meet on Friday, August 15, in Anchorage, the largest city in the state of Alaska. The meeting is planned for 11:00 local time (22:00 Kyiv time).

In the agenda, a personal meeting with the delegations is planned, after which an expanded session with the participation of both delegations will take place. The summit, as expected, will conclude with a joint press conference of the two leaders.
