The company Gunther Werks, which specializes in modernizing the Porsche 911, unveiled the new F-26 model during Car Week in Monterey. This car, named in honor of a fighter aircraft, is an impressive example of combining classic design with modern technologies.

The F-26 is based on the chassis of the Porsche 911 from the 993 generation and has a 200% increased rigidity. The car is equipped with a twin-turbo 4.0-liter engine that produces 1000 hp and 750 Nm of torque. The power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a differential with limited slip.

The car also features modern ABS and traction control systems, and its weight is only 1225 kg thanks to the use of carbon fiber panels and lightweight discs. Among the visual elements are fixed headlights and a large rear spoiler that enhances aerodynamics.

The interior of the car is trimmed with natural leather, alcantara, and carbon fiber, and it also has a modern multimedia system. Gunther Werks plans to produce only 26 units of the F-26, each priced at approximately $1.57 million.
