Ukrainian forces have successfully repelled Russian military attacks in the Donetsk region in recent days, including near populated points such as Rubizhne, Zolote Kolodyaz, Vesele, Vylne, Shakhove, Nikanorivka, and Sukhetske. This is reported by the analytical group DeepState.
According to information, Ukrainian forces halted the advance of the Russians on the Pokrovsk front. In particular, 271 servicemen of the enemy were liquidated, and equipment was also destroyed, including one tank and two armored vehicles.
At the same time, in the Dobropillia area, Russian attempts to demonstrate strength before the summit in Alaytsi ended in failure. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted that Ukrainian forces are actively clearing positions from Russian troops, which is an important step in the fight.
It is known that on the front in the western part of the Donetsk region, Russian troops advanced by 16 square kilometers, although no populated point was captured. The area of unrecognized control shrank in several districts, including in Zolote Kolodyaz.
Overall, Ukrainian forces liberated an area of 31 square kilometers in the designated districts. Stabilization operations are ongoing, and Ukrainian troops continue to control the situation.
