- The lineup may include support for magnetic wireless charging Qi2.
- The Tensor G5 chip will ensure improved performance for the new models.
The company Google is preparing for the launch of a new lineup of Pixel 10 smartphones, which will take place on August 20, 2025, at the Made by Google event. According to preliminary data, the lineup will include models Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
It is expected that the Pixel 10 will receive new features, including a third rear camera. Together with the sensors, it will have a 10.8-megapixel telephoto lens, complemented by a 48-megapixel wide-angle and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
The Pixel 10 lineup may also support magnetic wireless charging Qi2, allowing users to utilize various magnetic accessories, similar to the MagSafe system already used in iPhones. This could give the Pixel 10 an advantage over competitors like Samsung and OnePlus.
In addition, the new models may be equipped with the Tensor G5 chip, which ensures enhanced productivity. However, some sources indicate that the new chip may not surpass the productivity of Snapdragon chips, but it still promises a comfortable operation in everyday use.
Google also plans to introduce an updated version of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, which, according to leaks, will have a similar design to the previous model.
