The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the Russian army may intensify pressure on the front in the coming days. This is related to the political situation in Ukraine and Russia's intentions to manipulate diplomatic negotiations.

Zelensky emphasized that preparations and redeployment of Russian troops are already secured. "Considering Russia's treachery, we expect that Russian forces may attempt to increase pressure and strike Ukrainian positions to create more favorable political conditions for negotiations with international partners," he noted.

The president also emphasized that Ukraine is ready for an asymmetric response, should it be necessary. He praised the military for their resilience and unity in the fight against the occupiers.

In addition, Zelensky reported on the successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in some of the most difficult areas of the front, particularly in the directions of Dobropillya and Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region. "The destruction of the occupiers, who attempted to advance on our positions, continues," he added.

The president also highlighted the achievements of the units of the National Guard of Ukraine, airborne troops, and certain mechanized brigades.
