The new house, Forest Lodge, is located in Windsor Park and is a historic Georgian building with significant historical value. This place has a large area, surrounded by nature, and is situated just four miles from their previous residence.

Forest Lodge, which belongs to the Crown, is estimated to be worth around £16 million. The building features many architectural details, such as Venetian windows and marble stones. The last major renovation took place in 2001.

Currently, some minor renovations are planned, including the replacement of doors and windows, as well as the restoration of the roof. These works have already been approved by local authorities.

The move takes place in the context of the family's desire to find a fresh start, especially since the last three years have been challenging due to various family issues. William and Kate hope that the new home will help them create new happy memories.
