- Trevis Hentera may not play due to injury in the match against the Saints.

- The Jaguars will play an important match in the preseason tournament.
The Jacksonville Jaguars plan to likely be without Trevis Hentera in the preseason match against the New Orleans Saints. Coach Liam Koen stated that the starting players will participate in the game, but Hentera's status remains in question due to an injury to the upper part of his body, sustained during training.
Hentera, who is a rookie on the team, may miss training time, including walking on Friday, to avoid aggravating the injury. During the previous match, the Jaguars faced the Pittsburgh Steelers and he played 18 snaps in both positions — offense and defense.
Koen noted that injuries do not only affect Hentera; nine other players also missed training due to injuries that caused the team to be short-handed.
Currently, the situation with Trevis Ettiene, who felt discomfort during training, raised concerns about possible exchange, although the coach dismissed these assumptions. Ettiene, who has shown stable results in the last two seasons, is currently also under pressure due to competition with new players.
The Jaguars will play against the Saints on Sunday, September 18, at the Superdome in Caesar's, which will be an important test before the start of the season.
