Shakhtar Defeated Veres in the UPL Match with the Debut of Tobiás

On August 17, 2025, a match took place in Rivne between Shakhtar and Veres as part of the third round of the Ukrainian Premier League for the 2025/26 season. The game ended with a victory for Shakhtar with a score of 2:0.

The first goal in the match was scored by defender Yukhym Konoplya in the 45+1 minute, and 18 minutes after the break, his teammate Tobiás scored his debut goal for Shakhtar against Brazilian defender.

In the match, Shakhtar continues its series with three rounds, earning six points, and occupies second place in the UPL table. Currently, Veres has not yet earned any points after three matches.

In the next round, Shakhtar will play against Oleksandriya, while Veres will face LNZ. Both matches will take place on August 31, 2025.
