The film "Weapons" retains its leadership in the box office for the second week
- The film "Weapons" continues to maintain its leadership in the box office.
- "Nobody 2" debuted in third place with a revenue of $9.25 million.
- International films also showed good results in the top-15.
The film "Weapons" once again became the box office leader for the second week, earning $25 million in 3,450 theaters across North America. This marks a 43% decrease compared to the first week. The film received positive feedback from viewers and active support on social media, which contributed to its success.
The second position is occupied by "Freakier Friday," which managed to earn $14.5 million. Both films demonstrate good results in the conditions of a weakened box office, noted analyst Paul Dergarabedian.
The new film "Nobody 2" earned $9.25 million in its debut weekend, taking third place. This film, which is a continuation of the successful series "Nobody," tells the story of Hutch Mansell, who tries to reconnect with his family but discovers corruption in the city.
Fourth place went to "The Fantastic Four: First Steps" with a revenue of $8.8 million, while fifth place went to "The Bad Guys 2" with $7.5 million.
This weekend also saw the debut of international films, including "Coolie," an Indian action film that premiered in tenth place, and "War 2" took eleventh.
