Russian missile strike damages educational institution in Sumy region

On September 17, 2025, a missile strike occurred in the Sumy region, which caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure. According to the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov, at 22:40 Kyiv time, the Russian military struck one of the educational institutions.
As a result of the attack, the facades of buildings were damaged, windows and doors were shattered. However, according to preliminary data, there are no casualties or injuries.
Grigorov also published photographs of the aftermath of the missile strike. At the same time, he urged residents of the Sumy region to stay in safe places, as the threat remains relevant. According to information, that same evening, Russian forces also shelled areas of Dnipro and Pavlohrad.
