Ukrainian Armed Forces Regain Control of Zelenyi Hai

• Marine fighters have regained control over Zelenyi Hai.

Fighters from the 37th separate marine brigade, together with the 214th separate assault brigade, halted the enemy's advance and regained control over the populated area of Zelenyi Hai in the Donetsk region.

As of September 23, Russian troops continue active attempts to regain control over this populated area and capture other villages in this front. However, Ukrainian soldiers remain strong, and on State Flag Day of Ukraine, Zelenyi Hai remains under the blue and yellow flag, as reported by the Dnipro operational strategic group.

It is also reported that troops from the 5th separate heavy mechanized brigade recently regained control over a larger part of the village of Tovste (formerly Tolstyi) in the Donetsk region.
