In Luhansk Region, Russian Soldiers Involved in Crimes in Bucha Eliminated

On August 22, an explosion occurred in the temporarily occupied village of Kalynove, located in the Kadiivka city community of the Alchevsk district of Luhansk region, resulting in the death of three Russian soldiers. According to the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, these military personnel were directly involved in the military crimes in Bucha in 2022.

The explosion took place in the yard of one of the buildings where six Russian soldiers were resting with military equipment. As a result of the incident, two pickup trucks with trailers and a "UAZ" light vehicle, loaded with ammunition, were destroyed. Two more occupiers received serious injuries.

According to the information, these soldiers were performing the functions of a mobile group of the PPo, which covered the military repair base, located not far from the explosion site, from possible airstrikes.

This operation highlights the active actions of the Ukrainian intelligence in the fight against the occupiers on the territory of Luhansk region, as well as their efforts to target military personnel responsible for crimes against humanity.
