As a result of shelling in Kharkiv and Kherson regions, civilians were affected

In recent days, Kharkiv and Kherson regions have been subjected to numerous shelling incidents, resulting in casualties and injuries among civilians.

On August 24, in the city of Kup'yansk in Kharkiv region, Russian troops carried out an artillery strike, which resulted in the death of an 82-year-old woman, and two others were injured. Among the injured was a 35-year-old woman with shrapnel wounds, and an 83-year-old woman suffered a stress reaction.

In Kherson region, during the same period, three people were injured as a result of Russian attacks. The head of the Kherson regional state administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that the shelling affected populated areas, including Shyroka Balka, Chornobayivka, and others. Four multi-apartment buildings, 28 private houses, and infrastructure were damaged.

Also, in Kharkiv region, six injured were recorded as a result of shelling in several villages, including Staryi Saltiv and Pidseredne. It is known that the enemy used drones for the attack.

These incidents indicate the ongoing threats to the civilian population in the regions suffering from aggression.
