The head coach of Nottinghem Forest, Nunu, dismissed rumors about a possible dismissal, calling them "absurd" after the 1:1 draw with Crystal Palace on Sunday. In his statement, he emphasized that his relations with the club owner, Evangelos Marіnaks, have worsened, and this has led to recorded tension among the players.
Nunu stated that he wants to remain the coach and is working on improving the situation at the club. He believes it is important for all involved parties, including himself, Edu, the new global football director, and Marіnaks, to come together to resolve existing problems.
After the match with Crystal Palace, Nunu confirmed that everyone at the club is united in achieving a common goal. "This is an absurd narrative that I want to question. Really!" he said, emphasizing his dedication to the team.
