On August 25, 2025, Audi presented the new Q3 Sportback model, which is the second generation of this crossover. From the moment of its launch, the model will be available for sale in the 2025 model year, with prices starting at 44,500 euros for the base version. The new model will be 1,500 euros more expensive than the standard Q3 SUV version.
The new Q3 Sportback offers a range of engine options, including petrol, diesel, mild-hybrid, and plug-in hybrid. The base petrol engine with a volume of 1.5 liters delivers 150 hp, while more powerful versions, such as the 2.0 TFSI, can reach 272 hp.
The model also looks sportier thanks to a lowered height of 29 mm, giving it an elegant appearance. The interior space of the new Q3 Sportback is similar to the standard Q3, but with slightly less headroom, while the trunk capacity remains unchanged at 488 liters.
In addition, Green NCAP conducted tests on three hybrid SUVs: the Toyota Corolla Cross, Hyundai Tucson, and Renault Austral, analyzing their real-world fuel consumption. These models showed varying results in fuel consumption, which is important for consumers looking to reduce fuel expenses and their impact on the environment.
