Frontline Situation September 25: Fighting Continues in Seven Areas

As of September 25, at the beginning of the day, 76 combat engagements have been recorded on the front line between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Russian troops. Fighting is ongoing in seven directions, particularly the most intense in the Pokrovsk direction.

According to the information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops continue to attack positions of Ukrainian defenders. In particular, in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, fighting continues.

Four airstrikes have been recorded, including a strike by the Su-25 and 93 shellings, including two with the use of the Smerch multiple launch rocket system.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna, the enemy attacked the positions of the Armed Forces seven times near Khlibok, Vovchansk, Ambarne, and also in the direction of Kutkivka and Kolodyazne. In the Kupyansk direction, there have been four attacks on Ukrainian positions in the areas of Synkivka, Holubivka, Kolysnykivka, and Zahryzove.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops carried out 13 attacks near Novomykhailivka, Hrekivka, Kolodyaziv, Novoselivka, and Zelenyi Dyl, as well as in the direction of Yamplia and Seredyna-Buda. The Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled six attempts by the enemy.

In the Seversk direction, the enemy attempted to break through near Fedoriivka but was stopped. In the Kramatorsk direction, seven attacks have been recorded in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Bilohirya, and in the direction of Stupochky.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russians attacked twice in the areas of Dyliivka and Toretsk, and an attack was also recorded on Kostyantynivka. In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out 32 attempts to defeat Ukrainian defenses in the areas of Nykanorivka, Mayak, Myrolyubivka, Novoehentivka, and others. The Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled 30 attacks.

According to the data from the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost nearly 1,076,940 personnel. In the last 24 hours, Russian troops lost 870 soldiers, as well as one tank, all armored combat vehicles, 48 artillery systems, and 291 drones.
