The football club Everton completed an agreement with Southampton for the signing of 19-year-old winger Tyler Dibling. The total value of the deal amounts to 35 million pounds sterling, plus 5 million pounds in the form of bonuses, potentially increasing the total value to 40 million.
Dibling signed a four-year contract that runs until June 2029. He became the eighth signing under manager David Moyes this summer transfer window.
In the previous season, Dibling played 33 matches in the Premier League, scoring two goals. He believes that Moyes is the ideal manager for him and hopes to develop in a team where he can learn from experienced players like Jack Grealish.
Dibling stated: "I think this is the ideal situation, considering the state of the club right now. The fans here are incredible, and the atmosphere – second to none. I’m excited to be part of this."
This deal increases Everton's total spending on transfers this summer to 124 million pounds sterling, including the signings of other players, such as Charlie Alcaraz, Tyron Barri, and Marka Travers.
