Participants of Love Island USA in the sixth season will gather together for the first time after the conclusion of the show. The special episode will take place on August 25 at 9:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM PT on the Peacock platform. This season began in June and lasted six weeks, during which participants formed couples, underwent eliminations, and changed their relationships.

The winners of the season were Amaya and Brian, who split the prize of $100,000. Also present at the final were Nick and Olandria, Huda from Chris, and Iris and Pepe who took fourth place. The host of the special episode, Ariana Madix, announced that some couples remained together at the moment of filming, but everything could change.

During the filming in New York City on August 12, many participants, including the top four, gathered to discuss their relationships. However, one of the participants, Sierra Ortega, could not be present due to her previously problematic behavior on social media. She was eliminated for her actions, while another participant, Julissa Escobar, was also excluded for making racist comments.

Psychologist Beverly Andre explained that the conditions of the show can influence the psychology of participants, as the absence of personal space and constant control can lead to emotional stress. Thus, many relationships that seem deep can actually be superficial due to rapid changes in emotions and circumstances.
