Poland Confirms That Starlink Will Remain Available for Ukraine
- Poland will continue funding Starlink for Ukraine.
- The presidential office has denied the risk of cutting off internet access.
- Parliament is discussing a new draft law in the fall.

The head of the Polish presidential office, Zbigniew Bogucki, stated that the president's office does not foresee any interruption of Starlink internet access, which is funded by Poland.
Jerelo: Bogucki reported this in his post on X.
He dismissed the statement of the Minister of Digital Affairs, Kshishtof Havkovsky, regarding the possibility of the president announcing the termination of Starlink's internet access. According to Bogucki, expenses for the provided access are covered by current legislative norms, while the new draft law submitted by the president to the Sejm supports this situation.
Along with the existing Polish legislation, Starlink's support for Ukraine is set to continue until January 30, 2025. Bogucki noted that the parliament is "effectively" discussing the presidential initiative in the fall, prior to the expiration of the term.
Additionally, the presidential office's secretary requested a statement from Havkovsky regarding the non-termination of support for the collection of data from the Ukrainian administration in a secure manner.
Bogucki also accused the minister of manipulation and misinformation.
