Ukrainian Forces Destroy Strategic Site in Toretsk

Sappers from the "Cunami" special police regiment of the National Police of Ukraine destroyed a strategically important site in Toretsk. This prevented a potential capture of the old naval base by Russian troops.

According to the report from the National Police, the operation was extremely complex and risky. The sappers approached the site under the cover of armored vehicles directly on the front line. They initiated an explosion to hinder the enemy's advance towards the positions of the Ukrainian forces.

The operation was recognized as "phenomenally successful." Destroying this site undermines the Russian troops' ability to conduct uninterrupted advances towards Ukrainian positions.

Earlier, it was reported that the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dealt a blow to Russian military logistical facilities in temporarily occupied Crimea.
