Manager Manchester United Mark Skinner confirmed the presence of several injuries in the team ahead of the Champions League qualification match against PSV Eindhoven, which will take place in the middle of the week. Skinner stressed that the team is actively searching for attackers in the transfer window.
Recently signed players, former representatives of Barcelona Fred and Lya Galton and Rachel Williams are expected to miss the first qualification match. Grace Clinton also received an injury, but information about a possible transfer to Manchester City has not been confirmed.
Skinner noted that the team, despite the difficulties, is still trying to sign new attackers, including German player Jovan Hoffmann. The team has already signed two new players — Ralf and Yuliya Zigot from Bavaria.
A significant part of the team's attention is now focused on existing players who can strengthen the attack before the transfer window closes on February 4. Skinner expressed hope that it will be possible to sign two attackers before the closing of the window.
