According to RBC Ukraine, Mezha.
On March 3, China plans to hold a military parade, during which it will showcase its new prototype missiles, combat drones, and ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads. This event is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and aims to demonstrate the military might of China, as well as attract potential buyers of its weapons.
Along with the data from Airbus satellites from September 9, in the territory where the parade will take place, there have already been recorded formations, systems for anti-aircraft defense, artillery installations, and rocket launchers.
Experts believe that the new Chinese weapon systems are equipped with advanced hypersonic technologies. They aim to increase the chances of overcoming anti-aircraft defense systems, including those of the USA, which operate in the Western Pacific Ocean. This indicates China's intention to compete in high-tech warfare.
The parade is also an important political event for President Xi Jinping, who will be the central figure of this event on Tiananmen Square. It is expected that drones will be presented at the parade, which can operate alongside piloted fighters, enhancing combat effectiveness.
China is actively investing in the modernization of its armed forces and holds the fourth place in the world for arms exports. The country is reportedly experiencing accelerated expansion of its nuclear arsenal, as well as the development of new types of weapons, including hypersonic missiles, which will become key in the competition with the USA and Russia.
