Attacks by Russian troops on Dnipropetrovsk region and Kostiantynivka

• Russian troops attacked Dnipropetrovsk region more than 40 times.

On August 26, Russian troops carried out over 40 attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region, particularly in the areas of Nikopol and Synelnykove. As a result of the shelling, a 65-year-old woman was injured. She received medical assistance but did not require hospitalization.

This was reported by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration. The attacks were carried out using drones, artillery, and guided aviation bombs. In the Synelnykove district, three private houses and a gas pipeline were damaged.

Additionally, Russian drones struck a private house in the community of Mezhova, which led to a fire. In Nikopol and neighboring communities, significant damage was recorded, including to two houses, several farm buildings, and vehicles.

Furthermore, in the city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk region, Russian troops attacked using FPV drones. As a result of these attacks, one woman was killed, and two people were injured. One of the injured sought medical assistance on their own.

The attack on Kostiantynivka caused significant damage to infrastructure, including the destruction of a municipal waste collection facility, which hindered waste collection in residential areas. Another strike caused damage to a passenger vehicle.
