As a result of the investigation, 22 charges were filed against the owners for violating animal care regulations. One of the dogs found on the premises is currently under the care of a veterinarian.

The case will be heard in municipal court. The kennel's phone went unanswered, and their social media accounts reported the closure of the facility due to further notice.
