Fighting Continues on the Frontline in Ukraine on September 26

• 130 combat clashes occurred on September 26.
• The most intense fighting is taking place in the Pokrovsk and Lyman sectors.

On September 26, the Armed Forces of Ukraine engaged in 130 combat clashes with Russian occupiers, with the most intense battles occurring in the Pokrovsk and Lyman sectors. According to the data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Russian troops lost 40 aircraft and utilized 1,708 drones. They also conducted 2,947 artillery strikes on the positions of Ukrainian forces.

In the northern direction of Slobozhanshchyna, Ukrainian forces repelled six attempts at attacks, while six other attempts are ongoing. Russian troops also carried out three airstrikes, inflicting 170 artillery attacks, including strikes from reactive systems.

In the southern direction of Slobozhanshchyna, Russian troops attacked four times, but were repelled in the areas of Hlyboke, Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, and Doroshivka.

In the Kup'yansk direction, Russian forces attempted to attack five times, but all attempts were unsuccessful.

In the Lyman direction, there were 27 attacks near Novomykhailivka, Ahrivka, Kolodiazi, Myrne, Toskivka, and other populated areas. The Armed Forces repelled nine of these attacks.

In the Severodonetsk direction, the enemy attempted to break through in four locations, but all attempts were halted.

In the Kramatorsk sector, there were four combat clashes, during which Russian troops attempted to advance to Stupochky.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian troops attacked eight times, including in the areas of Toretsk, Oleksandro-Kalynove, and others.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian troops conducted 30 attacks, while Ukrainian forces repelled them, inflicting significant losses: 107 occupiers were destroyed, of which 67 were without equipment. The Armed Forces destroyed three vehicles, an artillery system, 16 drones, and other equipment.

In the Novopavlivsk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled ten attacks, three of which are ongoing.

In the Khuliapol and Orykhiivsk sectors, strikes were not recorded.

In the Southern Dnipro direction, there were two unsuccessful attacks by the enemy.

Russian Losses

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost nearly 1,077,830 military personnel. Over the last 24 hours, Russian forces lost 890 soldiers, destroyed 4 tanks, 3 armored combat vehicles, 33 artillery systems, and 95 drones.
