Russia's Losses in Ukraine Increase by 920 Soldiers in One Day
- Russia lost 920 soldiers in one day from September 26 to 27
- Nearly 200 drones and 100 units of equipment were destroyed
- Fighting continues in the areas of Lyman and Pokrovsk

According to the data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over the last 24 hours, from September 26 to 27, Russia lost another 920 soldiers. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, which started on February 24, 2022, Russia's total losses in Ukraine have reached approximately 1,078,750 personnel.
In addition to personnel losses, Ukrainian forces destroyed nearly 200 drones and over 100 units of equipment during the same period. In total, since the beginning of the war, Russia has lost:
- 11,135 tanks;
- 23,178 armored personnel carriers;
- 32,024 artillery systems;
- 1,472 reactive artillery systems;
- 1,212 anti-aircraft installations;
- 422 aircraft;
- 340 helicopters;
- 53,636 unmanned aerial vehicles;
- 28 naval vessels;
- 1 submarine;
- 59,887 units of automotive equipment.
- 3,950 units of special equipment.
On the front line, as of the evening of September 26, 130 combat engagements were recorded, with the most intense fighting occurring in the areas of Lyman and Pokrovsk.
During the night of September 26, Russian forces carried out a massive strike with drones in the city of Sumy, as a result of which parts of the city were left without electricity.
Similarly, in Kharkiv, explosions occurred as a result of drone attacks of the "Shahed" type. The operational situation remains tense.
