US Open players continue the battle in the next round

The US Open continues with matches where Coco Gauff, Naomi Osaka, Iga Swiatek, and current champion Jannik Sinner have successfully advanced to the next round.
Coco Gauff, who played her first match under the guidance of new coach Gavin McMillan, defeated Australian Ajla Tomljanovic with a score of 6-4, 6-7 (2-7), 7-5. Gauff noted that the match was challenging and acknowledged that she needs to improve her game, especially in serving.
Naomi Osaka, a two-time tournament champion, easily defeated Belgian Greet Minnen with a score of 6-3, 6-4. Osaka stated that her outfit, adorned with crystals, was prepared in advance.
Iga Swiatek demonstrated a strong performance, winning against Colombian Emiliana Arango 6-1, 6-2. This victory allowed Swiatek to set a new record, becoming the first woman to win 65 consecutive matches on the WTA tour.
Defending champion Jannik Sinner, defending his title, defeated Czech Vít Kopřiva 6-1, 6-1, 6-2, showcasing his outstanding physical form after health issues in the previous tournament.
In the next round, Gauff will face Donna Vekic, while Osaka will meet American Hailey Baptiste. Swiatek will take to the court against Dutch player Suzan Lamens, and Sinner will play against Australian Alexei Popyrin.
