Successfully destroyed 74 drones, intercepted attacks in 9 locations

On the night of August 27, Ukrainian forces successfully intercepted 74 Shahed-type attack drones and various types of unmanned aerial vehicles that were launched by Russian occupiers during a mass attack. A total of 95 attack drones were intercepted, of which 21 could not be neutralized.

The attack took place from the night of August 26 to August 27, starting at 20:30. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, including aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, radio-electronic warfare assets, and mobile fire groups, successfully repelled the attack.

The effectiveness of the actions of the air defense forces reached 77.9%. However, despite the successful actions, attacks were intercepted in nine locations across the territory of Ukraine.
