During the night, a Russian strike in Kropyvnytskyi damaged several buildings, including the Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State University and the regional philharmonic.

The rector of the university, Yevhen Sobol, reported that as a result of the attack, university buildings were damaged, but the educational process continues without interruption. He also noted that the university is in a suitable condition and accessible for all.

According to Andrii Raikovych, head of the Kirovohrad regional military administration, work is ongoing to eliminate the consequences of the strike. He emphasized that as a result of the explosion, the philharmonic building was damaged, where more than 20 windows were shattered. There was also damage to the fire safety system.

As of now, there is no information about casualties or injured individuals. The assessment of the situation is ongoing, and emergency services are working on-site.
