Announced players of the Euro 2025 tournament team

• England defeated Spain to qualify for Euro 2025.
• Four English players made it to the tournament team.
• French players did not make it to the tournament team.

Four players from the England squad secured a place in the Euro 2025 tournament team after qualifying in Switzerland.

Included in the squad were goalkeeper Hannah Hampton, right-back Lucy Bronze, midfielder Chloe Kelly, and forward Alessia Russo.

Hampton played all 90 minutes in six matches, making several crucial saves. She was recognized as the Player of the Match in the final against Spain, where she saved two penalties in the decisive shootout after a 1-1 draw at the end of regulation.

Bronze, who was named, also played with a standout performance in the final, scoring the decisive penalty in the quarterfinal against Sweden.

Kelly did not start any matches at Euro, but was a key figure in the defense for the title, scoring the winning goal in the semifinal against Italy and providing an assist on Russo's goal in the final.

From Spain's side, the team featured four players, including three defenders, among whom is the best player of the tournament, Aitana Bonmatí.

Also included in the squad were German defender Julia Brand and Italian defender Elena Linari.
