Train accident in Germany injured five Ukrainians
- Five Ukrainians were injured as a result of the train accident in Germany.
- Three people died, 50 sustained injuries, 25 of them in serious condition.
- Consuls are ready to provide assistance to Ukrainian citizens.

On July 27 in Germany, in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg, there was an incident with a train, which was carrying five Ukrainian citizens. According to the information from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, all of them are receiving medical assistance in local medical facilities.
This regional express, which was traveling on the Reutlingen-Ulm route, collided with a freight train near the city of Reutlingen. As a result of the accident, three people died, including the train drivers and two railway workers. About 50 passengers sustained injuries of varying severity, of which 25 are in serious condition.
Among the injured Ukrainians is a 59-year-old man and his partner with two minor children. According to the Ukrainian consulate in Munich, the lives of the Ukrainian citizens are not in danger, and their health is stable.
Consuls are ready to provide necessary assistance. The causes of the incident are currently being established, and the case is under the control of the General Consulate of Ukraine in Munich.
