Wrexham Considers the Possibility of Signing Forward Kieffer Moore
- Wrexham is interested in signing Kieffer Moore from Sheffield United.
- The team has already signed several new players this summer.
- Parkinson plans further changes to the squad ahead of the start of the season.
The Wrexham club is interested in the transfer of forward Kieffer Moore from the Welsh national team, confirmed manager Phil Parkinson.
Moore, 32, signed a three-year contract with Sheffield United in July 2024 and scored five goals in 28 matches in last season's championship.
Wrexham, which returned to the second tier of English football for the first time in 44 years, is considering the possibility of signing this player.
Parkinson noted: "Kieffer is under contract at Sheffield United. He is one of many players we are considering. As I have already said, the situation in the transfer market is changing quickly from week to week."
The club has already signed several new players, including goalkeeper Denny Ward, forward Ryan Hardy, defender Liberty Kacace, and midfielders Georgia Thomason and Lewis O'Brien.
The club is also in talks regarding the signing of former Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen, but these negotiations have not progressed further.
Parkinson hopes to add more players to the squad before the start of the season, when Wrexham will face Southampton on September 9.
