A new drone Tryminer for mining in Turkey is presented

The company "Robotic Complexes" from Ukraine presented a new drone for mining called Tryminer at the international defense industry exhibition IDEF 2025 in Istanbul, Turkey. This new model has a unique feature – the ability to lay mines not only in the body but also in the chassis.

The general director of the company, Ihor Chaykivskyi, noted that the idea of laying mines in the chassis was inspired by the ancient experience of Rome, where soldiers also carried weapons in chariots. Such a design allows for a reduction in the center of gravity, which enhances the stability of the machine and its performance.

The weight of the Tryminer drone is 80 kg, and it can carry three mines with a total weight of up to 35 kg and deploy them using a specialized robotic mechanism. The maximum operational range of the drone is 10 km, and its base cost is around 120,000 hryvnias.

Tryminer can operate both during the day and at night using a night vision camera. The drone is remotely controlled, powered by standard batteries, and can be converted into a logistics drone or used as a kamikaze. An important characteristic is the complete absence of external wires, which simplifies the assembly and maintenance process.

The company has also started a series production of the heavy-duty drone "Murakha," which is capable of transporting loads over 500 kg at a distance of up to 40 km. The drone has an active suspension with shock absorbers, which ensures high performance on uneven terrain.

Currently, "Robotic Complexes" is working on new drone models, but details are not being disclosed.

The IDEF 2025 exhibition took place from July 22 to 27, 2025, and gathered nearly 1000 Turkish companies and over 400 international firms.
