The drone Italmas poses a serious threat to Sumy. Russian troops are conducting its testing in the city, and the experience gained will likely be used in other areas.

Quote from Beskresnov: "Russians have indeed created a testing ground in Sumy for the testing of this BПЛА. And do not doubt that they will transfer the experience to other fronts."

Details: The consultant noted that Italmas is derived from drones of the КУБ, with which it often competes. In this BПЛА, the engine is a propeller.

Beskresnov also emphasized that Italmas transmits analog images of the pilot, which is controlled by him. This may be disrupted by the РЕБ system, which is aimed at providing video in the frequency range of 3.3 GHz.

"But we are not doing this. Perhaps, we should start thinking globally about creating solutions for the protection of peripheral cities?" - the specialist concluded.
