Federica Brignone, the Italian champion in skiing, underwent a new operation on her left knee on July 29, 2025. This procedure was performed at the "La Madonnina" clinic in Milan to assess her condition after the previous operation, which took place on April 3, 2025.

The new arthroscopy, according to the words of doctor Andrea Panzeri, was successful and aimed at improving the mobility of Brignone's knee. "We planned this operation to clean the joint and accelerate the rehabilitation process," the doctor explained. He allowed Brignone to return to physical activity with the aim of preparing for the Olympic Games in 2026 in Milan-Cortina.

The rehabilitation process will commence on the upcoming day at the JMedical center in Turin. Brignone, who has three Olympic medals to her name, hopes for a full recovery in time for the competitions.
