Observe the meteor showers in July 2025
- The peak of the Alpha Cygnids is expected on July 30-31.
- The Southern Delta Aquariids may reach 25 meteors per hour.
- Meteor showers may influence the emotional state of Zodiac signs.
July 2025 will bring two meteor showers — Alpha Cygnids and Southern Delta Aquariids, which will reach their peak at the beginning of August. These meteor showers are popular among stargazers and can be observed from different parts of the world.
The Alpha Cygnids are most visible around 1 AM local time in the eastern time zone, while the Southern Delta Aquariids will peak at 3 AM local time. It is expected that from the Southern peak, up to 25 meteors per hour may be visible, while from the Northern — up to 15 meteors.
These meteors originate from comets, including 169P/NEAT for the Alpha Cygnids and P2008/Y12 for the Southern Delta Aquariids. The best time for observation is during the dark night in areas with little light pollution.
Astronomers also believe that these meteor showers may influence the emotional state of people, especially during the sign of Leo, which reigns during this period. Each Zodiac sign may experience different emotions and energies related to these celestial events.
Remember that observing meteor showers can be not only a visual experience but also a possibility for self-analysis and transformative changes in life.
