This information has been confirmed by several sources, noting that for the expanded tournament with 48 teams, the location was chosen after it was determined that potential venues in Canada and Mexico were rejected.

Las Vegas's participation in the draw repeats the history of 1994, when it also hosted the draw, despite the fact that the city did not host matches. This time, the main candidate for hosting the ceremony is "Sphere," which opened in 2023 and accommodates 17,500 viewers.

Official confirmation of the venue has not yet been provided, but "Sphere" with its 54,000 square meters of LED screen looks like the most viable option. The Las Vegas Convention Center, which was used during the draw in 1994, will not be available on that date.
