The government has dismissed Olena Duma from the position of head of ARMA
- Olena Duma has been dismissed from the position of head of ARMA on July 30.

On July 30, the government of Ukraine dismissed Olena Duma from the position of head of the Agency for the Management of the State's Confiscated Assets (ARMA). This decision was made during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Jerele: Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced this on her Telegram channel.
Svyrydenko noted that a full rebranding of ARMA was initiated, and President Volodymyr Zelensky supported the government's plan. She also indicated the urgency of launching a new competition for the head of the agency.
The competition commission will consist of representatives of the government and international partners that support Ukraine in the fight against corruption.
The primary goal is to ensure that all confiscated assets, as well as property belonging to individuals under sanctions and the Russian Federation, maximally contribute to the recovery and stability of Ukraine.
Earlier, Olena Duma submitted a resignation letter, stating that she accepted this decision on the day when the law on the transformation of the institutional capacity of ARMA was adopted.
Duma stated that during her leadership of the agency, significant stages of transformation were achieved, including improving its operations and expanding international cooperation.
She emphasized that the next important step for the agency will be international auditing, and she submitted her resignation to ensure this process happens independently.
