In 2025, both NFL teams, Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts, are focused on developing young quarterbacks who have high expectations for the future.

Ken Ward, selected first overall in the 2025 NFL draft, has drawn significant attention due to his success in college. However, during training camp with the Titans, he has encountered difficulties, including three interceptions during one of the early training sessions. Ward acknowledged that he needs to adapt to the speed of the NFL and improve the timing of his passes.

Meanwhile, Entoni Richardson, who was selected by the Colts with the fourth pick in 2023, is also facing challenges. He has had problems with injuries and an inconsistent game, with his completion percentage at the end of last season standing at only 47.7%. Colts general manager Chris Ballard emphasized that the team does not plan to part ways with Richardson, even if he does not win the competition for the starting position this season.
