On July 31, 2025, the 70th anniversary of the former Ukrainian football player and coach Mykola Fedorenko will be celebrated. This anniversary is significant for Ukrainian football, as Fedorenko left a bright mark in the history of such clubs as "Shakhtar" and "Dnipro."

Fedorenko began his career in 1973 at Donetsk's "Shakhtar." In 1982, he moved to "Dnipro," and in 1985 he became a player for "Kolosa." In 1990, he finished his career at Zaporozhye's "Torpedo." As a coach, he worked with many teams, including "Zirka," "Sirius," "Vodnyk," "Dnipro," and "Shakhtar-2."

Fedorenko was recognized not only as a player but also as a coach, winning bronze medals with "Dnipro" in the Ukrainian championship in the 2000/2001 season. He is also a notable figure in the development of football in Dnipro, for which his contributions and activities have been acknowledged.
